
Adam Painchaud
Senior Instructor
Adam Painchaud is currently the senior instructor at the SIG SAUER Academy. He has over 14 years of federal law enforcement and military special programs experience. Adam is Army Ranger qualified and has served the Air Force as an anti-terrorism team leader on numerous high-risk protective missions all over the world. He has been a lead firearms and tactics instructor for the Department of Defense for over 13 years and has provided instruction to various special operations, counterintelligence, and protective service organizations. Most recently before joining the SIG Academy team, Adam was the Firearms and Tactics Program Manager at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center for a major federal criminal investigative/counterintelligence agency responsible for more than 2000 federal agents. He is a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves as a firearms and tactics instructor.
