Ed Devlin has been an instructor in Security Driving, VIP and Dignitary protection under Mr. Tony Scotti's lead for over 13 years. Ed has a wealth of experience in running and designing numerous types of training programs. During the Gulf War he organized and conducted high-risk driver training programs in the Middle East as well as traveling throughout the USA and Mexico for the past 13 years. His specialist areas of instruction include Protective Driving, Executive Protection, Police Instructor certification and Anti Terrorist Driving.
