Fleet Safety Training

ADSI provides comprehensive training for Fleet Drivers.
Our programs provide the hands-on training your employees need to reduce your company's liability and ensure their safety while driving. In today's world of litigation, NOT providing adequate training for your employees can expose your company to a lawsuit from the parties involved in an accident and possibly from YOUR employee as well.

Statistics

Research by DOT, Bureau of Labor Statistics and other research groups shows:
  • 31% of American workers who loose their lives on the job did so while driving a vehicle. (NETS)
  • Annually nearly twice as many people are killed in the work place as a result of traffic accidents than for any other reason. (NETS)
  • The average vehicle accident expense is $16,500. When there is bodily injury $75,000. When a fatality occurs costs can exceed $500,000. (NETS)
  • Whether they occur on or off the job, motor vehicle crashes cost employers a staggering $60 billion each year. (NETS)

Expect your employees to return with a heightened understanding of their vehicle's capabilities, better educated on how their vision and processing systems work, as well as a sense of pride and accomplishment. An excellent Team Building experience while improving the company's bottom line through:

  • Fewer Accidents
  • Less Employee and Car Down Time

Student Performance

In each of our programs the students' performance is accurately and objectively measured. On request from the client, a written evaluation can be submitted for employee's records. This is also a good way to show driver development year to year. Students must reach clearly defined goals and objectives, in order to successfully complete our course. The average driver uses only 30 - 40% of the vehicle's capabilities. At the end of our 1-day course, graduates will have acquired the skills to use 70% - 80% of the vehicle's capabilities. This percentage can be increased even farther with additional training.
